Are the product images a true representation of the original colour?
We aim to photograph products in a manner that faithfully represents their actual colors, but slight variations may arise due to individual screen configurations.

What fabrics do you use?
Our products exclusively feature fabrics that are meticulously handwoven. Our assortment primarily comprises of khadi cotton, khadi silk, tussar silk, matka silk, and mulberry silk.

How do I take care of my garments?
We recommend either opting for dry cleaning to ensure their durability or gently washing them by hand at home with a mild detergent. Please be cautious with dark-colored items, as they may bleed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We provide payment options through Razorpay, enabling transactions via Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI, and Net Banking. Additionally, we also accept payments through Bank Transfer. Feel free to reach out to us for our bank account information.

What is the shipping timeline and cost?
For deliveries within India, our typical shipping times are as follows:
- Sarees, stoles, and dupattas have a standard delivery period of 7 to 10 business days.
- Ready-to-wear items are typically dispatched within 10 to 14 business days.
