Return & Exchange Policy

At Ira, all our fabrics are woven on handlooms. These textiles may bear irregularities since they are woven by hand, and cannot be even throughout. These variations are not to be treated as defects, and are in fact, an indication of the textile being handwoven. Similarly, with natural dyes, the colour will not be even throughout the textile, and small variations only add character! The product will not be exchanged or return accepted if they fall in the category of irregularities.

We take care to check each item before sending it out to you to ensure you get a product of the highest quality.

We are here, nevertheless, in case you need further help with your purchase. Here’s how you can go about it!

Returns

We do not accept returns– domestic or international– unless you have been sent a defective or incorrect product. In case it happens, please write to us at contact@iralabel.in within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Exchange

– We only accept exchanges in case of size issues, defective or incorrect product.

– All exchange requests must be initiated within 07 days of receiving the product.

– In case you have received a defective or incorrect product, please email us an image explaining the same, within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

– Please email us at contact@iralabel.in to initiate the exchange.

– The shipping cost for the return of the product back to Ira is to be borne by the buyer/customer.

– No exchange or returns in case of custom-made products.

– We aim to photograph products in a manner that faithfully represents their actual colors, but slight variations may arise due to individual screen configurations. Therefore no exchanges will be offered on account of colour variation.

– You can exchange an order only once.

– Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with original invoice.

– The fresh piece will only be sent after we have received the previous product, and checked it for quality.

– No exchange on international orders

– No exchange on Sale orders

Cancellation

We do not accept cancellations. If for some reason, the customer does not want the product, we offer a store credit of the same amount to be used for their next purchase, unless the product has already been processed. 

Refund

The approval for exchange/return will be given only after final inspection of the product once we have received it back. Ira reserves the right to accept/reject an exchange or return after inspecting the products returned to us.

If the approval for return is accepted, the money will be refunded to your original payment account in 5-7 days.

Sale items, international orders, and custom-made pieces are not eligible for exchange, return, or cancellation.
