Shipping Policy

All orders placed on www.iralabel.in are shipped from Mumbai, India. Orders will only be processed after the complete payment is made. You will receive email updates once your order is shipped. 

For deliveries within India, our typical shipping times are as follows:

• Sarees, stoles, and dupattas have a standard delivery period of 7 to 10 business days.
• Ready-to-wear items are typically dispatched within 10 to 14 business days.

Any delays will be communicated to the client via email.

If your area pin code is classified as a remote area, your order may take longer to be delivered.

We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹150 for all orders shipped within India. For orders above ₹10,000, domestic shipping is complimentary. 

For international orders please reach out to us at contact@iralabel.in. Shipping charges are applicable on all international orders. Delivery of international orders are in 2-3 weeks.

Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. You can track your order status on the shipping agent’s website by entering your assigned order tracking number.

Other points to note:

• We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.
• Shipments don’t go out on Sundays and public holidays.
• The delivery timeline is indicative and while every effort is made to ensure that orders are delivered within the stipulated time, this cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control.
• For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be borne by customers where applicable.
